AISL Harrow partnered with us to produce a film of the 2024 New Teachers’ Induction, held at Harrow in the UK. We were given photographs of the event and asked to develop the messaging, then edit those stills into a premium, on-brand piece for the group. The film introduces new staff to the heritage and values they are joining.

We were commissioned to produce a film of the 2024 New Teachers’ Induction from photographs of an event at Harrow School. There was no shoot of our own. The work was to find the line — what the week meant for staff arriving into the AISL Harrow family — and to cut the stills with the same restraint as the brand: heritage without pastiche, warmth without noise.
AISL Harrow asks its teachers to hold two things at once: the Harrow Values that guide the group, and a forward-looking classroom that still honours that origin. The film was made to say so to the people who will teach it — a first briefing, in pictures, before term begins.
