We were commissioned to produce a 2026 recruitment film for Harrow Shenzhen, aimed at international educators. The brief was not a tour of classrooms alone. It was to show what a move would feel like: the community of the school, the working environment, and the energy of Shenzhen itself.
The film holds those three things in one pass, so a teacher watching from elsewhere can judge the post and the place together. It was made to recruit — a clear invitation to a school, and to the city it sits in.
